Everyone here at White's Funeral Home were absolutely wonderful to our family. They comforted us during a rough time, and accommodated all of our needs. When my father passed away unexpectedly, I didn't know where to start. They handled everything for us. Everything went as planned, and it was a beautiful service.
The directors at White's Funeral Home did a really good job with everything. They were very caring, and they took the time to go over everything with us as far as our options. It was a great service.
My wife passed away quicker than I could make plans ahead of time. After some quick preliminary research and based on a personal recommendation, I asked she be taken to White's Funeral Home. At this time, Russell is the man I was dealing with. My wife had plots at Rose Hills, so I did go out there to investigate how much I wanted to be done there vs. how much I wanted Whites Funeral Home to do. I chose to use White's due to the prices being much more reasonable, but particularly in how accommodating and understanding Russell is. Rose Hills is much more business oriented, while Russell made everything feel "people first" orientated. This is such and overwhelming process and Russell was patient, empathetic, understanding and his suggestions were always on target and never did he try and up-sell anything nor rush anything along. This whole process is the hardest thing I've ever done in my life, but Russell made this part of it so much easier to bear. I opted to have the service at White's as I felt the environment would be more controlled and respectful and he delivered. The staff is supportive and superb at every level. Rose Hills kept dragging things out and I had to leave before the internment was complete, but Russell stayed and made sure everything was completed properly and respectfully. He really went the extra mile in this difficult time.
White Funeral Home made us feel really comfortable while working with them. They made a difficult time much easier on me! We worked with Isaac primarily. He was awesome, and very easy to work with.
